Existing contacts can easily be imported by CSV (e.g. Excel) files, existing contacts in your customer centre exported as CSV with one click. By adding birthdays and birth months you are able to send your customers automated birthday SMS.

Statistical evalution
The statistical evaluation gives you a unique overview of your SMS traffic. Daily statistics, monthly statistics, the last 400 SMS with detailed information, overview of all error phone numbers, separated mass SMS and mass email statistics and a SMS search are offered. And to optically clarify the statistics you will also find graphs (charts) in your customer centre.

Simple Bulk Mailing
With the integrated mass SMS function you will send in a playful way thousands of SMS to the desired receivers; the SMS have been imported by CSV (Excel) files prior to the mailing. All fields, which have also been completed in the contact group (e.g. first name, second name, etc.), can be used for a personalized SMS. This is how you address the receiver directly (e.g. hello #first name#). The mass SMS is done within 2-3 minutes – you are leaded through an assistant in order to have everything completed.
